PC lighting for frag tank

My dad and I are setting up a frag tank for my frags with PC lighting. We are using an old 36" pc fixture that has two 96 watt bulbs. We want to upgrage the bulbs but don't know what bulbs will be best for color and growth. Any ideas?

I was running 10K and Actinic also prior to upgrading with good success
