I have a frag, but that's all it is for now. Only had for a few weeks now, and I don't think it's done anything.

I do not have the PC superman from Sonny, but I got another type of branching superman from a local reefer guy.. Ive had it for one month and it is showing only a bit of new growth on the tip.. It looks like it will be something special in a years time.. I can wait to get it to start branching..

Sonny at procorals has some super skills when it comes to growing corals and keeping their colors!!

The PAR is 380 under an 8x80 ATI Sunpower. This has been a very slow grower for me. It did nothing for the longest time, and one day... it just decided to start growing. :bigsmile:

Hope all is well!

Your piece is stunning. Wow! I got a while before I'm there. I got the piece in November in 2011. It made it through my learning how to use ZEO. For about 6 months I had no growth on any of my corals. They got very pale and didn't look healthy at all. It wasn't until May 2012 that I started feeding my tank. Once my tank was stable with ZEO and my corals were fed, only then did the Superman start to show signs of growth. I'll have to dig through some of my older pictures, but I do not think that I had any blue until July of 2012. Since September of this year, I've really seen some great growth from my Superman. With some hard work and patience, I hope to have a piece just like yours. Again, you have an absolutely BEAUTIFUL PC Superman colony!

You were correct. That is all from the last three months. It just took me a while to get the piece to become comfortable ehough to start a growth spurt. I'll just have to dig to find some photos prior to the first pic.

I got mine from Sonny last year, actually almost all of my SPS are from him. He has some really nice pieces. Do you have many other SPS from him?

I do! For some reason the stuff I get from him always do well in my tank.
