Pencil Urchin Eating Shrooms?!?

I noticed my Pencil Urchin was sitting on top of where I have some Mushrooms. I got some baby mushrooms there, 1 that was a morph between some, and they are gone. Anyone have an issue with this?

Pencil urchins are known to eat corals sometimes.

Not a reef safe urchin. Better choice would be a tuxedo and or pin cushion

Thats what I was figuring. Guess I'll have to pay closer attention to him now.

Yeah it's a shame cause they are indeed very cool.

Never a problem until I was feeding my fish today. Not much algae in the tank. Might have to try feeding him a piece of nori.

I was thinking about getting some gsp and toadstool coral maybe but i have a pencil urchin. Should i skip the coral for now and would the urchin eat it?
