I had at least a dozen visible aptasia in my tank. I added two peppermint shrimp and overnight I can't find any.

Although, I don't belive peppermint shrimp eat aptasia, they tear them apart to get the meaty gut contents which kills them in the process.

im pretty sure that peppermint shrimp do actually eat the aptasia. Be careful peppermints will also eat chalices and the such
