Pest on ACAN?

Are these 2 things on my ACAN pests? There's an odd bubble looking thing between heads, and a weird little polyp thing? This is first thing on the morning, heads are not fully opened up for the day yet so that's why they look closed. Just noticed those though.

Bonus question, is this a pest on my clam?
