Pest or something else?

Getting some random spots of tissue loss and not sure why......curious to see what ya'll think - should I be looking for some type of pest? Haven't noticed it on anything else .... at least not yet.

Hmm I am not sure. It is awful pale. Maybe burn spots from lighting?

Thanks for the bump and idea! I did move the rock slightly more towards the center of the tank a week or so ago, although it is still on the bottom ..... maybe I'll try moving it outwards again.
 
I've dealt with them before. And not to sound stupid but I just suck em up w a turkey baster as I see them. And it's never become an issue. ( yet)

That makes me feel better ..... you see them mostly at night?
 
Even daytime. They are just like a little yellowish/white fuzz. Wrasses like them too. But the experts out there will probably offer some better help then I.
