Petco Score! Nice Clownfish!

Petco can offer some great deals on their marine fish ($100 purple tangs, $25-$70 designer clowns $30 flame hawks are some of the deals ive seen) but the health of the aquatic life depends on how good the shipment arrives and how knowledgable the Petco staff is at that location in my opinion.

I have to at least give Petco some credit for trying to purchase more aqua cultured and captive bred marine life but also have to understand that most of those Butterflies, Tangs, Angels, Blennies etc that everybody desires to have in their tanks are rarely captive bred from Petco and all the other marine venders & privately owned petshops that we aquire our fish from.

I just saved this lg tent anem from petco, 34.99. They had under fluorescent lights
