My heater died yesterday, and when I was replacing it my PH started going all over the place. Based on the chart below, is it worth it to even calibratate, or should I just go ahead and replace the probe?

You may want to wait and see if it settles. It could be reacting to something that was either stirred up already in the tank or something introduced on the new heater or hands.
