So I tested my phone to night and it came out at 6.0 what is the safest way to raise it and should I be panicking

Well,
I'm sure the ph of your phone is not what you were asking about..
6.0!
Either your test kit is bad or you have some tough critters in there...
What test kit are you using and tell more about your setup...

I hate auto correct lol I have api test kit... It is a 100 gallon tank with 30 gallon sump have mostly softies with a few sps and lps I recently moved everything over from a 46 gallon bow front around 4 months ago

That sound like a good plan to have the water tested at the LFS. It was suggested that possibly it is the test kit for PH that is bad. I had that happen previous.

Yeah,
That would be the first step..
7.8 would be the lowest I would want to go, what are your other parameters?

Alk is 12 calcium is 450 nitrate 0 phosphate 0 temp 78

Maybe an expert can chime in, but I don't think it is possible to have a pH under 7 and have Alk at 12dkh.

Ya waiting on lfs to open gonna take my kit and sample and try to figure out how I'm going wrong I'm still a newbie but this is a issue I haven't ran into before

I am not an expert but that is kind of my thought too..
