PH probe extension cable

Is it possible to make a extension cable for a PH probe . I need it to be about 18ft long . Is this possible

Found this on youtube. I am sure its possible but not sure if it will affect the reading having to travek so far. May i ask the purpose of running so far?

My fish room is under my house and that’s where my calcium reactor is . I need a probe in there but didn’t really need a pm1 if I don’t have to buy one . Don’t has to go through my floor under the house to my fish room .
