Dosed Red Sea foundation b for the first time. Went by instructions. tested Sunday (8.7 dkh) and waited 4 full days until today. Todays test read 6.9 dkh (hanna checker) To get my DKH back up to 9 it required 132ml. After the dose my ph spkied from 8.22 to 8.55 and I think it's still climbing. What should I do???

Wait. Assuming you calculated the volume correctly (i.e. the correct tank water volume). pH often rises in response to alkalinity increase it will come down. Did you recheck your alkalinity?

Not since the dosage. I confirmed the 6.9 twice but waiting 30 minutes to test again after the dosage.

next time you need to make a correction that big, try adding only 1/4 of the correction at a time to keep the ph change to .2 or less.
It'll settle down faster, and then you can add a little more.
