PH stopped mapping

Did anyone else today experience their PH chart stopped charting today at approx 2 pm est on the apex fusion? Thoughts on how to fix it?

Yup all my mini graphs stopped updating at 1:50pm eastern. I suspect it has something to do with the time change.

DOH!! I cant believe I didnt think of this as the possibility. I was just trying to be lazy and not have to search for threads with this exact issue. :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:

FYI restarting your Apex resolved the issue

Same thing, restart meaning just unplug it and plug it back in or is there a better way?

I didn't notice anything off but I only looked a few minutes ago. I wonder if I would have noticed something looking off had looked earlier.

In the IOS app for me it shows the correct ph reading next to the graph but the graph itself has not updated since 1:50 today.

Restart Apex, find it under Misc settings.

There is a 'start' buried somewhere in a sub menu.

If you go into your modules, then click the gear icon next to your apex, you can check the 'rebott' box then sync with the cloud and your system will restart.

I restarted this way and graph is still stopped

When it started again, did anyone else’s charts start graphing from right to left?

No. Mine was still left to right. Major blip in the reading...but generally picked up where it should have

It only did it for about 12 hours after it started working again, but it was still very strange.
