Ph8's 225 build

Love the new guy Brett. Have you seen PIA's announcement about new pricing for Earls? Should've waited a few weeks ;)

Bubble Algae is one of the reasons I started up this new tank with 100% new rocks/water/sand. I had a tiny bit of it and it spread across the whole tank. Nip it in the bud early. If you can, remove the rock its on to prevent spreading. If you have to remove, I used 1/2 inch RO tubing and cut it on an angle. Then start a syphon and use the shape side to scrape it off...the removed bubble algae goes straight into the syphon :)

Thanks for the tips Bryan. I passed on PIA's cause they don't offer any guarantee on Saturday shipping. On such an expensive fish that guarantee is important to me and Saturday shipping is the only day that works for me. As much as I love PIA, they just don't fit my life. That is a nice price drop though. A pair would be cool.

Doh, I guess I don't read closely enough :) I admit I don't follow build threads as much as I should, haha.

I'm still debating on my first fish for my recovered tank :)

What are the options, I love the which fish game.

Ive always wanted a blue jaw but just never felt it fit my tank, you know how I feel about the wrasses :)

Haha, true. I'm really debating on not doing a ton of wrasses, but we'll see :) I am thinking about a pair of black clowns from Alpha as well, which actually might be my first new additions.

Haven't checked in a while....amazing fish. I definitely wouldn't downplay your camera skills. Fish are hard to take pictures of and yours are definitely better then mine :)

Thanks a lot Roni, practice helps a lot but I still have a ton of room for improvement.

Brett, We are thrilled for you! That Earl's is a cutie...

Thanks Terry(I think LOL)
I couldn't resist it any longer. I can't tell you how many times I've had this fish in my cart and walked away. Now I'm gonna be scared to move him to the display cause he's so small. I picked him up a little company for the QT today:), I'll share in a bit.

If I spill the beans everyone's gonna want pics and I haven't taken any yet, haha.

OK, here you go :) Please excuse the algae, I dont clean the QT as much as the display.
