I have been using Tunze ATO’s and skimmers for five years now
My last purchase with them was a Tunze Osmolator 3155 ATO in 2018. Unfortunately the pump went out; however I was able to connect with Roger from Texas. My customer service experience was phenomenal and upon providing a receipt, Roger mailed a replacement pump within three days.
It seems that there are a lot of companies in this hobby that have subpar customer service, so I was very pleased that one of my favorite brands helped resolve an issue quickly.
