I own a Galaxy S3 phone which takes decent pics. I've tried it on my tank with mixed results. I came across add-on lenses including a Macro, has anyone ever heard of these or actually used them? They are very in expensive so I would like to take a shot if there's any positive feed back. Thanx in advance

Im impressed thanx

If you want to wait I bought the one listed above for my wifes iphone 4. The title says iphone 5s but it should fit.

I just bought a macro lens for my galaxy s5 for $28 shipped and it also comes with a small tri pod. If it doesn't make things better it was only $28.

Mine was $3 and uses a magnetic washer with double sided tape so it fits all iPhones and most other phones :)

I found one on Amazon for my phone, a Galaxy S4. It says, however, that the macro lens has to be 1 inch away from the subject. Is that how close all of these have to be?

Here is one on ebay:

37mm Pro HD 0.45X Wide Angle+Macro Camera Lens Kit For Samsung Galaxy S4 I9500

Do you think it's worth buying?

people with iphones, i was wondering how are you white balancing? i can change it on my point and shoot, but haven't figured out how to do it with my iphone. all my pictures taken from my iphone5s under a Maxspect Razor look horrible under blues or whites. thank you!
