I thought this would be fun and a good thread to start.
I assume there are numerous people out there that might not have an actual camera but instead rely on their phones for all their aquarium photos. Myself being one.
I've always been embarrassed to take photos of my live stock being fish or frags because I never could get a decent picture, I think this thread would help people like myself in capturing a better photo.

Post pictures of everything aquarium related using nothing but your cell phone/iPad, and how you achieved your photos. Some people use a colored piece of plastic and that's cool also. I seen there are apps to help achieve some photos as well.
I think I have found an app that helps me get good close ups, I just downloaded it and I'll post my picture in a minute along with the app I used.

Should be fun and educational. Let's see what you got!

My first attempt with HD Camera Ultra (app) samsung galaxy note 4. Nice clear picture but it only zooms and sharpens with the flash set to auto. But that is the clearest picture I have ever achieved so it's progress

Took these with my Galaxy S6 Edge. Interested in the S7, but I heard they reduced the megapixels on the camera. I know that low-light shooting is improved, but that doesn't really help for shooting our tanks. @Newreffer, how are you liking the new Galaxy? Did you have the old one?

Any tips would be great! Or a specific app for a galaxy?

Turn up your whites, turn down your blues. Switch "mode" to PRO. Enjoy!
I have AI'S and have it programmed, to much of a hassle to delete the program then set up a photo program then back to my regular schedule. Think an orange gel is the ticket to take the blue out.
