Do a water change to lower any numbers and Do take a water sample to a trusted LFS and have them test to see what they come up with and to compare with your kit to assure youre getting accurate readings. Not unusual for these numbers to be high during cycle/new tank setup. Add liquid bacteria such as Fritz turboZyme 900 to assist in cycle process
