Phosphate RX and turbo snails

Last night I dosed about 6 drops of Phosphate RX in my 25 gallon reef. Now this morning, all four of my turbo snails are sluggish and right above the sand bed. One of them had even fallen off the glass. Is this just a coincidence or a direct correlation to the phosphate rx?
