wanna get them between 0.05 to 0.10 heard thats the sweet spot for sps which im trying to transition to

so would it be better to just dose nopox everyday and stop the refugium or use both though fuge helps a little with keeping my ph up

Use both, nopox and fuge. You could toss in a bag of gfo.
And get a green slimer, red planet or plating monti. If your tank is stable, 0.3 ppm po4 wont bother them.

0.32 is not bad. Do not use lanthanum chloride below 0.5, use gfo.
Or, use nopox, which is vinegar and alcohol, aka carbon dosing with your skimmer.
I don't think it's bad either. He could drop a bag of phosguard in his sump and call it a day and walk that number down slowly. This is what I do.
