I was wondering if anyone who has been using these has found a good light schedule and is willing to share? I want a mixed reef tank but don't know how I should set the light schedule to accustom it. Thanks!

Also, this is my 185g Tank and I'm getting ready for fish and corals. I see they recommend ramping up the light so you aren't bleaching the corals. Would do have to do this for every new coral I introduce?
