Will try to get some pics uploaded soon (lifes getting in the way again). tank is a simple 2.5g petco glass, super small penn-plax HOB, and aqua knight led. been up since early march.. added 1st corals last weekend after a slight direction change...more on that later...

few pics of test fitting some dry rock pieces (fiji and tonga branch) had sitting in garage dry for years. let the rock dry out as had a big hydroid issue in tank it was in prior.

prep for painting bottom and back black (if no sand is used or sand removed) and you can see the tiny overflow i made for the hob pickup/heater/ground probe, and micro topoff switch (very tight fit for it all but wanted it all hidden) overflow teeth are long as water level is 3/4" below the rim for possible wavemaker upgrade in future.
