Can some pincushion keepers please share what the growth rate is like. Sounds like they get pretty large and may have to be re-homed at some point so curious how long it will take them to go from say .5"-1" to 5"+.

I don't have a pincushion but my experience with other urchins suggests the first couple inches are quick and then growth rate slows down (pretty typical for "cold blooded" organisms). I have one that came in as a hitchhiker small enough to sit on a fingernail and after a year and a half it's 3 inches.
