i recently to a pair of pink bar gobies and pistol shrimp off of divers den and they came in looking great and I've had them of a couple days now and all they do is sit in the back of the tank or in the back right corner and they haven't tried to make a borrow or anything they just sit back there, they both eat great but they don't really move. my question is if that is normal or not I've never had a shrimp goby before and I've read that they are supposed to borrow and mine haven't yet. they are in a 34 gallon solana reef with a deep sand bed and they are they only fish I've checked that parameters they are great all the corals are thriving but i just don't know if theres something wrong with the fish or not, any help is greatly appreciated and thanks in advance!

Have they found the shrimp yet? My goby let's the shrimp do all the work so no real surprise they are not digging themselves.

At least you can see them... My shrimp/goby pair disappeared for 4 months until they dug their burrow long enough to come out the other side
