Pink tail trigger

I just got a pink tail trigger a day ago and he is eating already but he is scared to come out of hiding whenever he’s out and I come near the tank he gets scared or is getting bullied by my other fish in the tank? Please help

Usually takes fish a week or so to get used to their new home. Give it some time and I'm sure it will become more comfortable.
