Just purchased a pistol shrimp and unfortunately that's all he's labeled as. No name or anything. Could any one help me?

My Tiger Pistols never venture that far from rock unless they are touching their Goby. Does it always do that?

I can't say yes because I just got it today. It has no gobey. Yet. But he made a burrow in the corner of the glass in the tank far away from rock. The hermit just stumbled into is "burrow"
