I want to build a 10g or 20g reef tank. And want to try just a royal urchine, a seaserpent star, and a orange spotted gobi as my cuc. Any thoughts?

Keep your eyes peeled for used AI Prime (not HD) used here and on nano-reef. Can occasionally find those cheap.

I went with a 15g column. I have added mollies. And I am planning to add clownfish and a lantern bass

I have an Asta 20 and am happy with it. I use it on a 10gallon QT for coral and inverts. I've kept zoas, lps and sps without issue. I was curious about the aqua knight from seeing it on Inappropriate Reefer's You Tube channel looks like it puts out more light and has a better spread than the Asta. But I don't know for sure.

I was looking at both of those but I think I am going to go with a diy led kit from aquastyle.com so I can keep the hood. I will post pics in a few weeks when I do the upgrade

So I have decided to use this 15g as a fuge for a 20g. Back to the lighting. I want to know from any of you guys that use led grow lights if you notice a decline in your pod population
