I screwed up when I drilled the hole in the barrel for my mixing station for the uniseal

It was supposed to be 1-1/4” and I used a 1-3/8” bit. So I ordered 1” uniseals and the hole needs to be 1-3/4”

So my question is what’s the best way to make the hole bigger? I am worried that the hole saw bit won’t cut it correctly as the hole is already there?

Would a dremel be my best bet and just take off a little bit at a time until I get the hole big enough for the uniseal?

Get a small piece of wood, cut the hole to the size you need, and use the wood as a guide to keep the bit straight as you drill into the barrel, that way it won't try to walk all over when you try drilling out the bigger hole.

That’s a great idea! Thanks man
No problem :) just take it slow, once you got the groove in the plastic should be pretty easy from there
