Plate coral dying

My plate coral is dying. Is it possible to save them once the skeleton is showing? We have identified the cause of their illness and are working on water quality. Is there anything else we can do to save them? Pictures are from today. We just had the tank cleaned.

Keep them right where they are. They can bounce back. Sometime the will die further and then baby plate corals will sprout from off the skeleton and you will end up with more than you started with.
