Please critique my flow

After a couple of months struggling with a huge algae and cyano problem due to a mini cycle after moving (I assume), I decided to remove most of my rocks and scrub them clean and dip some suffering coral skeletons in hydrogen peroxide. Of course htat meant I had to give it a new aquascape. Something I have ALWAYS struggled with was flow. I once lost a torch coral due to its polyps being litterally ripped right out off skeleton. And I suppose you could say I'm a little nervous. Hopefully the video I attached works and you can let me know if I have the flow right or not.

I think your flow has terrible posture and isnt sitting up straight! LOL.

Looks fine to me, the frogspawn are swaying gently, the torch doesnt look like it is getting tentacles ripped out. Only suggestion i could raise would be moving the left side pump up a little to try for a little more indirect flow on the torch and more heavy flow to the sticks in the top right. That should get it pointed a little better to interact with the flow from the gyre too and get it a little more randomized too.
