My 6 line wrasse is still alert and swimming inverted. Usually its safe to say hes a goner but he still want to feed. He went after food but missed evrytime.

Inverted sounds like a swim bladder issue.

Ya, i know. His aim is all ober he place. I saw a youtube video where a couple help saved a goldfish with a bladder issue by making him a contraption to right himself. A six line is too small for that. Im super sad right now :(

120G with a Juvie Imperator, YT,PBT, Royal Gamma, Purple Pseudo, Flame Angel, 2 clowns. He was the last fish added with no aggression.
Im pretty sure its a bladder problem. I just put him in a shoe box with holes and hes eating but with difficulty with his aim. I had to assit him with a syringe squirt right at him.
I really want to improvise something to helpnhim with boyancy but dont know what.
Poor little thing :(
