Ok I just hooked up a pm2 to my 2016 apex
Worked just just fine
Then I went to log in my parameters from testing water
Then noticed had a red exclamation
Saying it's disconnected
Please help

Could you outline what you've done in more detail, please? I could throw suggestions at you for hours, but it'll be easier if I know what you've already done.

Rebooting the router and then (once it's back online) the Apex would be my next suggestion, fwiw.
Ok
I installed a pm2
I aquabus it from the brain
Everything went smooth
Then I scooped out water to do a par test
Went to table did everything then went to log it in the apex and noticed that nothing is working
Looked at the display and the bar now had an exclamation point
so I took the aquabus cable from brain to the bar and moved it over to the other ports
2 of ports don't work but one does thankfully
But now it says eb832disconnected
And pm2 disconected
The bar still running
Like it's on some sorta safe mod

You could try updating the firmware of both the EB832 and the PM2 module if you have not already as part of the installation process... Also try to get the EB832 back online without the PM2 plugged in (unplug, reboot, check).

Should likely open up a ticket with Neptune Support to get that ball rolling if you have not already.

Did already
They need to tighten up
I know this is complex stuff but
This is all suppose to be pretty much plug and play
