Cleaning my filter sock and had about 10 or 12 of them and it probably 1/6 of an inch some smaller

Yep pods. Feed em to your fish

That is an Amphipod to be exact. Some fish may eat them. They are known more for being great lil scavengers & being able to crawl their way up out of a fishes throat-lol.

Yes they are good for your tank. :) Harmless detritus eaters and will even munch on dead coral tissue :)
