Its fin and tail rot but may likely have stemmed from aggression as anthias do not always play well. Treatment will be needed in a quarantine setting and fish treated with seachem Neoplex which is a broad spectrum antibiotic
Increase Oxygen during treatment and monitor ammonia levels with a reliable test kit
