Please help me with this!

I unwisely purchased a tiger pistol shrimp who ate everything and is a bully. He tunneled through the sand and always hides. I want to get him out. Any suggestions?

Try setting a trap. Try removing the rock around its lair and net him that way. These are a couple options.

The only way I could remove mine was to pull the entire rock formation that he lived in. I put the rock on a Rubbermaid lid and let it drip. After about 20 min he finally crawled out and fell into the puddle of drip water.

It was anoying because the rock was massive and I had corals on it. But it worked and everything was fine.
