Please help

One fish store says Brooke another says flukes

This fish passed away but I have a fire goby sitting at the bottom of the tank breathing hard

I have been treating with anti bacterial medicine from nt labs

That could be flukes, velvet or brooklynella. It is most likely NOT bacterial. To really dig into this issue, we need a lot more information and some clear video of the remaining fish. This post explains that:
