I bought a 180gal tank complete with LR & coral, got it moved and the rock had to sit in buckets for 7 days. After putting the rock in the tank I start cleaning out the buckets and this comes rolling out as I dump the dirty water. So having no other place to put it I drop it in the tank. It's been like this for 3 days now.
Any idea what it is?

Thanks,
Jim

yes definitely looks to be a maxi mini anemone - a pretty one too! I would place it lower in the tank....

That's what I thought it might be. It actually picked that spot. I had dropped it in and it was close to the bottom and it moved itself up there. Hopefully it will make it through the tank cycle.

Thanks,
Jim
