plumbing question

i have a bulkhead that is leaking. I plumbed it to where I have to cut the pipe to get the bulkhead off. if I soft plumb it. the bulkhead is a 1 inch bulkhead. what can I do so that if it leaks again that I don't have to cut the pipes so that I can remove the bulkhead without cutting the pipes?

Use a threaded bulkhead.
