Trying to find out if this will be an issue down the line. You can see from the first image that I attached the support mount just a little bit too low. The main drain line is slanted when attached to the mount. The second picture shows the bubble of a leveler so you can see how slanted it is. Aesthetically, I don’t mind it so much. But will this cause an issue? I don’t really want to try moving the mount because that will put two holes very close to each other, since it’s only off by a smidge.

your drain line functions because of gravity. Water flows down hill because of - you guessed it - gravity.

Personally, I'd add more downward slope to it. The very last thing you want is for your drain to have a slow flow area.

Your return line doesn't matter so much becasue it's under pressure, although minimizing the number of twists and turns will allow it to flow at it's best.
