Hello this is my first question post.
I am in the early stage of planning for a future reef tank. I still have a lot of construction to do ( new stairs , floor stud walls etc etc ) but the lounge is hopefully going to be plastered in the next couple of months. So I need to make any final adjustment to the blockwork now.
As you can see in the picture I intend to have the tank in wall with its front facing into our lounge (the picture shows our lounge area ) and a very small utility / fish room behind if all goes well. My question is as the tank will part rest on the block wall i need to make an allowance for what goes under the tank to try and get the correct height to seat the tank. The tank will be approx 200cm long I assume a plywood base and foam layer but do not know how thick these typically are.
Any advice pls - thank you
