Spots on devil's hand leather

This guy has had these spots for quite awhile now and it just doesn't seem to be getting any better (Spots or health in general)
Any suggestions?

Flat Worms.

You're either going to have to remove manually what you can and either go with a flat worm eating fish such as some wrasse or damsels, or try flat worm exit after removing as many as you can manually. Populations can get out of hand quickly.

The flat worm eating fish option is a bit of a fantasy. Had a yellow damsel for flatworm that definitely ate them, but you have to starve the rest of the tank.
Who wants mushy brussel sprouts when they can have steak instead?

The nudibranch, blue velvet slug, did a good job while it lived. Must have had a couple it didn't find because they are slowly coming back.

Have not taking the time to stockpile water for the 75 and break down and use flatworm exit yet.

That will probably be the next likely scenario.

Fish don't bring me in the flatworms they only bring in velvet and ich.
Flatworms come from other people's live rock or from coral frags.
Make sure you get all of your Coral frags when you buy them to avoid this in the future.
Two of my favorite LFS have issues with flatworms.
It's just something that's very difficult to eradicate once you get them.

Make sure you DIP all of your Coral frags before you put them in the tank.

I removed all I could find manually. They are only on one coral currently. What is dip?

Coral Rx, diluted iodine, Bayer, Revive are some of the most common dips, no dip is 100% effective. Trust me they are also on the rocks not just that one coral.
