For me it is up on my computer in an open tab All - Day. I likely click over and look at it 15-20 times a day. Of course I am graphing all parameters and using the Apex to create graphs for my students to analyze, comparing different parameters and looking for correlations. But even on weekends i'm looking at it 10- 15 times a day.

Way more times than I'd like to admit. Way more times. Too many times. It's embarrassing. The first step is admitting I have a problem.

I voted 1-5 but it depends.
If all is well, I can go for days without looking.
If I know a problem is going on and I'm working on it, I can check 10-15 times a day, or more...

Pro tip: do NOT buy pre shredded cheese for your mac - grate it yourself. The agent they add to make shredded cheese not stick will make your mac clumpy.

parmesan cheese is another one. Wood pulp is what keeps it from clumping in the container.

I use my phone only when I don't have a monitor/laptop in front of me. During work, I keep a Fusion window active/minimized at all times so I can take a quick peek whenever I get the urge. Yes, I have a problem.
