Still working but since I'm a heavy equipment operators I cant work from home. So they split us up so one week I work 3 days then the next week I work 2 days. Was talk about cutting our salaries by 10% but hasn't happened yet.

Executive Chef of 2 restaurants, and on furlough for the past month, looking to be at least another month before we can consider going back

SUCKS! our industry took a major blow. all my staff is furloughed as well.
I fortunately am still on payroll...for now, also an exec of a few venues in NYC.. lost 300 events and still dropping.

Hang in there, we come back strong.

Since the guidelines increased, less people are gonna be able to purchase homes. The day I got my appraisal back for a refi last week, my lender said credit requirements went up and I’m short by 20pts...

That sucks. My bank always sticks with the guidelines at the time of application, so if things tighten up it would not hurt you but if they got better then we would give you the additional benefit. I hope they are going to refund you your appraisal fee or I would be raising H-E-double hockey sticks since you were conditionally approved when they scheduled your appraisal

I work in the car manufacture industry in the UK. I think I am laid off until the end of May. I am getting wages though, reduced but at least money is coming in.
My wife is a self employed contractor for the banks and is laid off with no pay. Our family is down probably $3500 net a month.
That Walt Disney frag I had my eye on might have to wait.

Been laid off, this is my second week. Michigan stay home stay safe has bee extended tell April 30th. Trying to stay positive, but I think it will be longer. Waiting to see what happens in New York befor I get my Hope's up. Hopefully the stats in N.Y. go down. I think the stay safe thing is the right thing to do, but man does it suck financially.

I'm running out of beer, aquarium, and F U money!

As for now us Developers in housing are still hard at work and deemed essential.
What we are noticing is alot of labor shortage creeping up from being either exposed or quarantined from being exposed and around someone who has caught it.
Be safe all and practice safe practices.
And to all that are out of work I'm terribly sorry let's pray they find a solution soon.

I appreciate the assurance vetteguy. I'm expecting overtime for a couple of weeks when I come back but once the backlog is taken care of I don't think many new orders will be coming in. People won't exactly be throwing $ around
