Almost clicked "other", then remembered chickens are birds. Had finches in an outdoor aviary until a raccoon found a way in and ate them. That was a bad day.

I can finally contribute! Adopted my first dog on Friday afternoon. She's an older beagle/shepherd/chow? mix, which suits my night shift lifestyle just fine. I renamed her Cricket.
