I login once, but then again it sits in the background while I work. In between I'll sneak in a read for few minutes. So I'd say I am here almost all day.

Honestly, it's A LOT! I work on the computer all day so I keep this website up all day and float between when I have time.

Waaaay too often. I keep R2R up and running 24/7. Whenever I'm in my office I at least check alerts. I check the forum postings morning and night, the new to saltwater and the general threads and then whatever is of interest at the time. I think if something happened to this wonderful forum I'd go through major withdrawals. Seriously, this forum and those who give of their time, have made it much easier, and fun, to enter into this hobby.

I am checking around every 30mins @ work [if not actually reading most of the day] while I work on mundane tasks

Some days I have work that makes me concentrate - then it's more like once per hour to pass the time
