How much do you use in a day? Please leave approximate bioload and total water volume if you can!

I have a pretty heavy stock for a 140g water volume, and I use about 1.5m a day which seems like a lot.

100 gallon, 15 small fish, set on 3mm advance, & I moved the float sensor up using only 1 screw.
The overflow vent is wide open too. I've had some minor problems with sticking movement but I'm 10 days shy of 3 months on the roll.
I think it will be very close.

I always wondered why you would use 3cm vs 4cm-15cm advancements?

I switched to 10cm, and I think it messed up the roll left counter as I ran out on the app, but a good bit left on the roll.

The 10cm did seem to not get as dirty as the 3 cm. But I don’t know if doing 3 cm a lot would burn out the motor faster than 10cm or more at a time

They claim as much as a 3 month roll change interval so my thinking is the motor should handle it. My roll counter is also not registering. But I am happy overall with the unit.
I have to find something to filter the water from the overflow exit. I have an idea though.
