Using I turn on my T5s at 10:30 and the MHs kick on at noon. The MH I run for 5-6 hrs and then back to T5s til 8:30. Have moonlight LEDs that run til 10:30

whites are on at 70% for a maximum of 6hrs a day..the blues are on at 100% for upto 12 hrs tho. Do love my corals and fish under blues.
