I soak my fish mix with vitachem. This is what my LFS carries. for me. I'm interested in actual vitamins. I look for Vit C at the pharmacy but it contains so many other additives. Don't know if they are safe or not.

    (1) Occasional AcroPower use. (2) Forty-odd years ago SeaChem made a vitamin specifically for anemones. It worked well - when an anemone was looking down, I'd feed it some shrimp soaked in it, and it would look great the following day. I would use it today if they still made it. Now I use liquid baby vitamins on freeze-dried krill and on frozen shrimp.

Selcon daily on frozen food, combination of reef roids and BRS reef chili twice a week, and red sea coral colors.

I put vita-chem on LRS Chunky daily for most of the fish. My angler is still picky and only likes squid and krill right now. I feel like if I put vita-chem on his food he is getting better nutrition because he isn't getting that varied of a diet as of yet.

I use perhaps everything on the market LOl as I am a former pet store owner.
I still see best results from Aquaforest and Red sea as well as seachem.
Kent also good as is Fluval.
Feeding- no doubt reef roids and coral frenzy
