That’s nice thing about summer waves and intex ect they make a pool affordable granted they are by no means high quality.

Interesting. We have a 40 ft x 20 ft - my guess about 50K now.

Oh yeah here average pool is a 20×40 pool/spa combo with auto cover. Auto cover gets around alot of the codes for door alarms, water alarms, fencing etc

Bare bones pool will run 60k minimum but once people start seeing options it goes up fast lol

I don't build pools but specialize in the high tech side of the equipment. We do a lot with ozone, uv, wifi automation, chemical automation, salt systems etc.

In this area using equipment to keep a pool looking amazing and sanitary while lowering the chemical footprint is huge

I'm ashamed to say what ours cost but my wife loves it and more importantly the grand kids love it. Probably adds a little value to the house but not nearly as much as it cost.

That's what's important. The family time. But when the kids and grandkids are grown most just say it's a big hole in the ground they throw money into every month lol

Google "pool escape ramp for dogs". In our village pools must be fenced off from rest of deck to deny access, even between house and pool if located on same surface, say a deck or patio.
