Poor experience with ReefBreeders

I recently purchased the Pico LED v2 from ReefBreeders. The timer was miswired so that the 8 hour timer and 12 hour timer were reversed. My communication with them was poor. When I contacted him about it he acted like he didn't know how the light worked. He said he would test one at his office but eventually just told me to test mine. I did and found the 8 and 12 hour timers were reversed. When I contacted him about this he didn't respond. He also lied about the light having a ramp up/down feature which it didn't. From what I gathered I wondered if he knew before he sent me the light that it had this problem and was just pawning it off on me. The light is a good light but beware customer service from ReefBreeders.
