I have one that looks close to that one that I've had for 12-13 years. The thing has survived more punishment than one could ever imagine. Right now it's brown and in the back of my tank getting very little light. Mine has been yellower or green.. Just depends.

I've had this one for many years, originated at my LFS. In my experience, it will do well with normal SPS parameters. It prefers lower light, but can be acclimated to higher light. It does well way up high against the back as in this picture , or just as well partially shaded.

Well it’s been a little over 2 years since my original post. Porites is still doing great. Not a fast grower for me, but it’s now about 4” across.
